    • Provide electronic communications alerting clients to recent legislative activity and industry leading practices
    • Distribute periodic emails alerting clients to timely actions, such as distribution of Medicare-D notices
    • Extend invitations to webinars on timely industry topics
  • Record keeping and related services

    • Manage the implementation process for the enrollment platform
    • Confirm program design, rates and associated administrative activities with appointed carriers
    • Perform employee benefits program recordkeeping services
    • Maintain a Client-specific enrollment site to include information on plan designs and associated costs
    • Send payroll deduction files to Client and coordinate on file processing issues
    • Provide an employer portal to facilitate benefits management
    • Act as the liaison on operational or billing-related issues between the Client and the chosen carriers or third party administrators
  • Account management

    • Serve as the liaison on program-related issues between Client and the chosen carriers and update the carriers with necessary eligibility information
    • Respond to Client benefit program inquiries and lead strategic planning and renewal activities
  • Employee communications and enrollment support

    • Provide electronic benefits communications materials including summary of benefits and coverage and educational materials.
    • Provide call center support for participant questions available Monday - Friday throughout the year
